Steve Manning was born in Tacoma, grew up in Olympia and moved to Seattle at 21. One Mudhoney show later, he found himself immersed in a creative community he’s been a part of ever since. Manning spent nine years working at Sub Pop Records, was on the board of the Vera Project and managed sponsors for Block Party. Now he’s a marketing and brand consultant, with clients like Hum Creative and Loaded Pictures. “This city has given me everything,” he says.
