In spring 2018, City Arts launched its first-ever membership campaign, inviting our readers to connect more deeply with what we do—and we were thrilled when 530 Founding Members came on board to support our transition to independence this summer.
Below is a handy FAQ for both Founding Members and anyone who missed the spring campaign but still wants to join us. Watch this space for a dynamic member platform launching later this summer!
I signed up as a Founding Member. Now what?
Perks and membership cards will be mailed out in late June or early July. Founding members will get the July issue in the mail. If you joined at the $1,000 level, we’ll be in touch soon to coordinate your festival tickets and VIP tours. Later this summer, we’ll launch an online membership portal when you can manage the basics of your membership, including your mailing address for home delivery of the magazine. If you signed up as a Business Supporter and would like to claim your ad space, email Andy Fife at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are there events I can attend this summer?
Yes! We’re throwing an afterparty in Pioneer Square on opening night of Seattle Art Fair (Thursday, Aug. 2) and a two-day collaboration with Friends
of the Waterfront on Aug. 18 and 19. You’ll be the first to receive invitations to all of these—expect them via email.
I missed the deadline for the Founding Membership campaign. Can I still support City Arts?
Yes. Our membership platform will launch online later this summer, but in the meantime you are more than welcome to sign up the old-fashioned way—by check or by phone—using the pricing below. We can accept credit card payments by phone at 206-659-1362 or you can mail us a check payable to City Arts Media at 425 N 85th Street, Seattle WA 98103.

Businesses that support City Arts at the $1,200 level receive five individual one-year memberships and a 1/3-page ad in one print issue of City Arts (or equivalent).
