After her stellar solo set at City Arts’ Band Crush on May 12, Shenandoah Davis helped Tomten frontman Brian Noyes-Watkins into this handcrafted, cotton-ball confection of a stage lewk. She then whipped spangled white fabric off a pair of keyboards and the indie-pop power-duo debuted their new project, Cloud Man, with a tinkly, twinkly, deadpan version of “Pure Imagination” from Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory.
