Creative competition for City Arts – 2011 promotional trailers for 2011 SIFF Film Festival
Are you an aspiring filmmaker who dreams of showing at SIFF? Here’s your chance. City Arts challenges you, the filmmaking community, to use your creativity, talent, and skills to create a 30 second short film to promote City Arts on screen during the 2011 SIFF Film Festival. You choose the medium – claymation, pencil drawing, animation, flip camera, 16mm, whatever- we choose the “winners” based on impact, staying power, overall impression, hilarity and quality.
Film Criteria: Film must be 30 seconds in length. Film must include a recent City Arts magazine, the url: www.cityartsonline.com , the City Arts logo and the word “FREE”. Preference will be given to films that communicate and interpret the editorial voice of the magazine most effectively.
