Not Dead Yet
- Bond Huberman — March 1, 2007

Kulture Lab is an art space dedicated to unpredictability and impermanence. Dada for our time. Happenings, plus! Its founders, James Hume, Jim Price, Jeff Olson, Rob Anderson and James Bender, call themselves the Dead Artists. They operate out of the Space Formerly Known as Catapult at 608 Fawcett. There are no set hours of operation and shows open and close in a single night. Performance, film, music, fashion, dance, spoken word and art — a Kulture Lab event provides a bit of everything. And epitomizes the art of evanescence: Following shows on March 24 and April 28, Kulture Lab will close its doors forever. Look for the Dead Artists to return, though, at a future time and place to be announced on the spur of the moment.
