Jess Thomson is a Seattle-based freelance writer and cookbook author. Her work appears in publications like Sunset, Edible Seattle and Food & Wine. She’s also behind the food blog hogwash, where she pairs food and life. Her second cookbook, Pike Place Market Recipes, will be published by Sasquatch Books next month, with Dishing Up Washington following closely, from Storey Books, in November.
