Cows Love Accordions, and other Atypical Photography

I love these wooden photographs, which CAB contributor Erin Shafkind creates with a laser cutter. This one is titled Cows Love Accordions.

I don't know if that's true. I've never met a cow, come to think of it. But see more of her wooden photos, along with works by Daniel Carrillo, Bailey Russel, Larry Larsen, Ted Grudowski and Daniel Hawkins at Photo Alchemy, a new show opening at Vermillion tonight.

Also, at the mobile, curbside Gallery 40 right outside, you can see new work by Amanda Manitach.

Show is open from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Order food while you're there; just about everything this bar serves is delicious. Including the wine.
