Pat Thomas
Seattle’s Pat Thomas is a writer, scholar, musician and author of Listen Whitey! The Sights and Sounds of Black Power 1965–1975, available this month from Fantagraphics Books. He’s lectured on the recordings of the Black Power movement at numerous colleges. He also co-produced Light in the Attic Records’ Wheedle’s Groove archival series of Seattle funk and soul from the 1960s and ’70s.
